Job Summary

We are looking for a professional and guest-oriented Bar Associate to support the smooth operation of the bar by providing efficient beverage service, maintaining bar standards, and ensuring an excellent guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, beverages, juices, and other drinks as per standard recipes.
- Assist the Bartender/Mixologist with daily bar operations and mise-en-place.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the bar and service areas.
- Ensure proper setup of glassware, bar equipment, garnishes, mixers, and supplies.
- Take guest orders and provide courteous and efficient beverage service.
- Maintain adequate stock and assist with inventory, requisition, and stock rotation.
- Follow standard recipes, portion control, and beverage cost-control procedures.




- Handle bar equipment safely and report any maintenance requirements.
- Ensure compliance with hotel SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and responsible beverage service standards.
- Assist during events, banquets, and peak service periods.
- Maintain qualified grooming and a positive attitude at all times.

Candidate Profile
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in a hotel, restaurant, bar, or hospitality establishment.
- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality preferred.
- Basic knowledge of cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wines, and other beverages.
- Good communication and guest-handling skills.
- Well-groomed, energetic, and service-oriented.
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Hotel or pre-opening experience will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
