Are you a seasoned Banquet Operations professional with a strong background in large-scale event execution and team management, then we are looking for someone like you to oversee and enhance our banquet and outdoor catering services at C W Hospitality. This is an on-site role requiring hands-on leadership and strategic operational oversight in a agile hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, manage, and execute Event and outdoor catering (ODC) operations from setup to service.
- Ensure superior guest experiences through high service standards, attention to detail, and efficient execution.
- Coordinate with chefs, vendors, and service teams to ensure seamless event delivery.
- Develop and maintain SOP's and workflows to optimize team productivity and service quality.
- Manage inventory, procurement,



and event-specific logistics effectively.
- Train, supervise, and motivate banquet and service teams for top-tier performance.
- Collaborate with sales and event teams to align on client expectations and delivery.
- Monitor budgets, control costs, and drive profitability without compromising quality.
- Uphold strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations for both indoor and outdoor setups.
- Conduct post-event evaluations and implement process improvements as needed.

Ideal Candidate:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in banquet operations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume, large-scale events with premium clientele.
- Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach to team management and problem-solving.
- Knowledge of event logistics, equipment handling, and venue coordination.
- Familiarity with POS systems, inventory tracking, IDS software, and cost control measures.
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational abilities.
- Full-time availability and based in Bangalore.

Education | Qualification:

3-year Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management.
