About the Role

We are looking for energetic and target-oriented Officer Sales professionals to join the Liability Sales team.

The role involves acquiring new customers, building and managing customer relationships, generating business opportunities, and selling banking and financial products based on customer requirements.

This is a pure field sales role involving daily customer interaction, lead generation, follow-ups, and travelling.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire new customers through various sales and lead-generation activities.
- Sell banking, financial, investment, and related products/services based on customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Explore opportunities to increase business from existing customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets as assigned by the organization.
- Generate leads, conduct customer meetings, follow up, and convert prospects into customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities through the CRM system.
- Ensure compliance with applicable KYC, SEBI, and financial-services regulations.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular market visits and customer meetings as required.

Qualification & Experience Officer Sales – 1

- Graduate in any discipline.




- Freshers / Candidates with less than 1 year of experience can apply.

Officer Sales – 2

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of relevant sales experience.

Required Skills

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language.
- Excellent lead-generation and customer-conversion skills.
- Strong sales orientation and target-achievement mindset.
- Good relationship-management skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and work with deadlines.
- Willingness to travel extensively for customer acquisition and meetings.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Good customer-handling and negotiation skills.
- Basic understanding of banking/financial products will be an advantage.

Device Requirement Candidates should have access to a compatible Android smartphone.

Key Requirements

- Graduate qualification is mandatory.
