At The Fresh Factory, the barista goes well beyond coffee.

Espresso, manual brews, matcha, teas, fresh beverages, seasonal drinks and everything else that comes out of our beverage program — our Baristas own the experience.

We’re looking for someone who understands the craft behind a positive drink and the hospitality behind serving one.

What you’ll do:

- Prepare espresso-based coffees and manual brews
- Prepare matcha, teas and other non-coffee beverages
- Execute fresh and seasonal beverages as per recipes and standards
- Understand ingredients, flavour combinations and preparation techniques
- Maintain consistency in taste, temperature, presentation and portioning
- Talk to guests and help them choose the right beverage
- Maintain equipment and follow opening and closing routines

What we’re looking for:

- Previous Barista or beverage experience preferred
- Good understanding of espresso extraction and milk texturing
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Curious, disciplined and genuinely interested in hospitality
