We are seeking a dynamic and experienced skilled to lead our Banking Operations Division, ensuring smooth financial coordination between the company, customers, and banking institutions.
Role & responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and oversee the companys day-to-day banking and financial operations, including the reconciliation of transactions.
- Coordinate with multiple banks and financial institutions for home loan tie-ups, project funding, and EMI schemes.
- Supervise fund flow management, and banking documentation.
Preferred candidate profile
- Proven leadership experience in banking operations, financial coordination, or loan management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of real estate financial processes, loan documentation, and project financing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
