Position

Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and develop strong relationships with the assigned bank branch and bank staff.
- Generate leads through the bank's existing customer base.
- Sell Life Insurance products to bank customers through the Banca channel.
- Work closely with Branch Manager, Relationship Managers and other bank employees to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct customer meetings, need analysis and product presentations.
- Follow up on leads and ensure timely conversion and policy issuance.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly business targets for premium and policy numbers.
- Ensure proper documentation, KYC and compliance with company/regulatory guidelines.




- Maintain regular MIS and sales reports.
- Support bank staff with product knowledge and sales activities.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- BFSI / Life Insurance sales experience required.
- Candidates with Bancassurance experience preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid sales and relationship-management ability.
- Target-oriented and comfortable with field/customer interaction.
- Must have knowdledge about Life Insurance Policies.

Eligibility

Age: 23–32 Years

Experience: Relevant BFSI / Life Insurance Sales Experience

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
