Location: Wadala, Dadar, Mumbai

We're looking for an energetic, hands-on Store Lead to run day-to-day operations at our bakery. This is a excellent role for someone who wants real ownership and room to grow — you'll be the go-to person on the floor, keeping the team on track, customers happy, and business growing.

What you'll do:

- Oversee daily operations like opening/closing, staff scheduling, stock checks
- Lead and motivate a small team to keep service fast and friendly
- Interact directly with customers, take orders, and handle any issues on the spot
- Assist customers with customised cakes & hampers. Understanding their needs and guiding them to the right option
- Generate sales leads through Instagram and customer outreach
- Manage corporate orders end-to-end, including invoicing and payment follow-ups
- Make sure quality, hygiene,



and presentation standards are met every shift
- Flag supply or equipment issues before they become problems
- Step in wherever needed, this is a hands-on role, not a desk job

What we're looking for:

- 1-2 years of experience in a cafe, restaurant, or retail environment (bakery experience a plus, not required)
- A natural people person, comfortable managing a team and talking to customers
- Comfortable with basic invoicing/follow-ups and social media outreach
- Someone proactive who takes initiative without needing to be told twice
- Reliable, organized, and calm under pressure during busy hours
- Willing to work weekends/early mornings as needed
