We are looking for an experienced Bakery Production Manager to manage our bakery production unit in Bengaluru.

Responsibilities: Plan and manage daily bakery production Manage and supervise the production team Plan production according to daily orders Ensure timely production and dispatch Maintain product quality and consistency Manage raw materials and stock Control wastage Handle B2B and bulk orders Coordinate with packing and dispatch teams Maintain hygiene and food safety standards Maintain daily production records Train and guide the production team Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in bakery production Experience in a commercial bakery or central kitchen Good knowledge of bakery and pastry products Experience managing a production team Positive planning and team-management skills Should be able to independently handle daily production Immediate or short-notice joining preferred Salary: Rs. 45,000–50,000 per month, depending on experience. Bakery production experience is mandatory.
