Role Description The Bakery Commis 3 role at Crave Labs is a full-time, on-site position located in Ghaziabad. The role involves supporting day-to-day bakery operations, including preparing ingredients, assisting with baking breads, cookies, and other products, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the production area.

Commis 3 helps with measuring, mixing, and baking under the guidance of senior bakers, ensuring consistency and quality in all items produced.

Responsibilities also include proper storage of raw materials,



adherence to food safety and hygiene standards, and timely preparation of orders for both retail and B2B clients. The role offers hands-on learning and development in professional baking within a collaborative team setting.

Qualifications

- Foundational skills in Bakery operations and Baking, with the ability to follow recipes and production schedules.
- Competence in Food Preparation, including measuring, mixing, portioning, and handling ingredients safely.
- Experience or robust interest in producing Cookies and similar baked items to consistent quality standards.
- Basic skills in Bread making, including dough handling and baking techniques.
- Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices in a commercial kitchen or bakery.
- Ability to work on-site in Ghaziabad, stand for extended periods, and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn from senior bakers, follow instructions, and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Prior experience in a bakery or culinary setting is preferred; relevant vocational training or certification in baking or culinary arts is an advantage.
