Role Description This is a full-time, in office role for a BAMS Doctor located in Bhopal. The BAMS Doctor will perform daily outpatient consultations, conduct thorough patient assessments, diagnose conditions, and prescribe appropriate Ayurvedic treatments and lifestyle recommendations.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate medical records, monitoring patient progress, and coordinating follow-up care. The role involves collaboration with other wellness professionals, participating in health camps or awareness programs, and providing patient education on preventive healthcare and holistic wellness.



The BAMS Doctor is expected to uphold ethical clinical practices, ensure patient safety, and support the center’s standards of care.

Qualifications

- Recognized BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) degree and valid registration with the appropriate medical council.
- Strong clinical skills in Ayurvedic diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient management.
- Ability to take comprehensive case histories, perform physical examinations, and interpret basic diagnostic reports.
- Effective communication skills for explaining treatment plans, lifestyle modifications, and preventive care to patients.
- Capability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary wellness teams and maintain professional relationships.
- Commitment to ethical medical practice, patient confidentiality, and high standards of care.
- Basic proficiency in using medical software or electronic record systems is an advantage.
- Prior experience in clinical practice or wellness centers in Bhopal or similar settings is preferred but not mandatory.
- Willingness to work full-time on-site, including weekends or extended hours as needed.
