We are looking for an experienced and skilled Bakery Chef to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing a wide range of bakery and confectionery products while maintaining consistent quality, taste, presentation, hygiene, and food-safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and produce a variety of cakes, pastries, breads, cookies, desserts, and other bakery products.
- Follow standard recipes and maintain consistency in taste, texture, appearance, and portion size.
- Develop and introduce new bakery products and seasonal specials.
- Handle baking equipment, ovens, mixers, and other bakery machinery safely and efficiently.
- Monitor the quality and freshness of raw materials and finished products.
- Maintain proper hygiene, cleanliness, and food-safety standards throughout the production area.
- Minimize wastage through proper handling, storage, and production planning.
- Coordinate with the bakery production team to ensure timely completion of orders.
- Train and guide junior bakery staff when required.
- Maintain proper stock usage and communicate raw-material requirements to the concerned team.




- Ensure products are prepared and displayed according to company standards.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Bakery Chef / Pastry Chef.
- Strong knowledge of bakery and confectionery production techniques.
- Experience in preparing cakes, pastries, breads, cookies, and desserts.
- Valuable knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
- Good teamwork, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to maintain consistent quality and follow standard recipes.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when required.

Preferred
- Bakery/Pastry certification or relevant culinary qualification.
- Experience in commercial bakery production.
- Experience in product development and recipe standardization.

Salary: As per experience and industry standards. Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
