1. JOB PURPOSE

To prepare high-quality bakery products consistently while maintaining the required standards of taste, quality, hygiene, presentation, production and food safety at AK Bakes N Brews.

1. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Bakery Production
- Prepare cakes, pastries, breads, cookies, brownies, desserts and other bakery products.
- Follow approved recipes, measurements and preparation procedures.
- Prepare dough, batter, creams, fillings, frostings and toppings.
- Decorate cakes and pastries according to customer requirements.
- Maintain consistency in taste, texture, size, weight and presentation.
- Complete daily production according to the production plan and orders.

Quality Control
- Check the quality and freshness of all ingredients before use.
- Maintain proper baking temperature and timing.
- Ensure every product meets AK Bakes N Brews quality standards.
- Minimize production wastage and rejected products.
- Immediately report any quality or equipment-related issue to the supervisor.

Hygiene & Food Safety
