Role Description The Bakery Intern is a full time, on-site role based in Mysore, supporting daily operations at Fika Patisserie. Responsibilities include preparation of eggless baked goods. The Bakery Intern will help with production, packaging, labeling. This position also support simple cake decorating tasks during busy periods.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience or strong interest in Bakery operations and Baking.
- Ability to support Food Preparation, including measuring ingredients and following recipes.
- Basic Cake Decorating skills or willingness to learn piping, finishing, and presentation techniques.
- Clear communication, courteous behavior, and efficient handling of orders.
- Attention to hygiene and food safety standards, with the ability to maintain a clean work area.
- Reliability and punctuality, with the ability to work full-time shifts including weekends and peak hours.
- Prior experience in a bakery, café, or food service environment is mandatory.
- Willingness to learn, follow standard operating procedures, and work collaboratively in a small team.
