Service Coordinator – Consumer Electronics / Appliances

We are looking for a Service Coordinator to manage day-to-day after-sales service coordination for consumer electronics and home appliances.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with Service Centres and Service Providers for customer complaints
- Follow up with technicians regarding service visits and job status
- Arrange and coordinate spare parts required for repairs
- Track pending service calls and ensure timely closure
- Coordinate spare dispatch and delivery to service centres / technicians
- Discuss technical issues and repair requirements with technicians
- Follow up on pending repairs, replacements and customer complaints
- Update service status and maintain service records in the system
- Coordinate internally with warehouse, customer support and service teams
- Escalate delayed or unresolved service cases when required

Candidate Profile




- Experience in Service Coordination / After-Sales Service / Customer Support
- Experience in Consumer Electronics, TV, AC, Washing Machine or Home Appliances preferred
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Comfortable coordinating with technicians and external service centres
- Basic understanding of spare parts and service processes
- Good knowledge of Excel and computer systems
- Solid coordination and problem-solving ability

Experience 2+ years in Service Coordination, After-Sales Service, Service Operations or Customer Support.

Candidates from Consumer Electronics, Home Appliances, AC, TV, Washing Machine or similar industries will be preferred.

Pay: ₹17,500.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
