Role Description

We are looking for a Backend Engineer Java for a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India.

The role is suitable for fresh graduates and early-career technology professionals interested in Java development, backend engineering, Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices, databases, cloud technologies, software engineering, system integration, and enterprise applications.

The Backend Engineer Java will work closely with software, IT, data, analytics, operations, finance, production, supply chain, sales, and other business teams to develop, test, integrate, maintain, and improve Java-based backend applications, APIs, databases, internal systems, and digital solutions.

The role may involve working with Core Java, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, REST APIs, SQL and NoSQL databases, microservices, authentication, cloud platforms, caching, messaging systems, testing tools, and modern backend-development technologies depending on project and business requirements.

Qualifications

- B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Applications, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 0–5 years of experience in Java development, backend engineering, backend development, software engineering, software development, application development, API development,



web development, or related technology roles can apply.
- Candidates currently working as Backend Engineer Java, Java Backend Engineer, Java Backend Developer, Backend Engineer, Backend Developer, Java Developer, Software Engineer, Software Developer, Spring Boot Developer, Application Developer, Full Stack Developer, or Associate Software Engineer are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates from IT services, SaaS, product companies, technology, consulting, e-commerce, fintech, telecom, analytics, manufacturing, logistics, FMCG, or other industries are welcome.
- Basic to good knowledge of Core Java and object-oriented programming.
- Understanding of data structures, algorithms, collections, exception handling, interfaces, inheritance, polymorphism, multithreading, concurrency, and software-development fundamentals.
- Familiarity with Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Hibernate, or similar Java technologies will be beneficial.
- Basic to good understanding of REST APIs, JSON, HTTP/HTTPS, web services, authentication, authorization, and system integration.
- Familiarity with SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB, Redis, or similar databases will be beneficial.
- Understanding of database design, joins, indexing, transactions, query optimization, and data-access concepts will be advantageous.
- Exposure to microservices architecture, distributed systems, scalable backend applications, or service-oriented architecture will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
- Familiarity with Maven, Gradle, Git, GitHub, version control, code reviews, testing, debugging, and collaborative software-development workflows.
- Exposure to JUnit, Mockito, TestNG, Postman, API testing, integration testing,



or automated testing tools will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
- Exposure to Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, caching, message queues, or event-driven architecture will be considered an additional advantage.
- Exposure to AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or DevOps tools will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
- Basic understanding of Linux, command-line tools, application deployment, logging, monitoring, and production-support concepts will be beneficial.
- Familiarity with OAuth, JWT, API security, role-based access control, secure coding, or backend-security practices will be an advantage.
- Exposure to application performance optimization, database tuning, logging, observability, troubleshooting, or scalable system design will be beneficial.
- Exposure to frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, or Vue.js will be considered an additional advantage but is not mandatory.
- Exposure to automation, data engineering, analytics, AI/ML, ERP, CRM, dashboards, or enterprise applications will be considered an additional advantage.
- Good analytical, logical, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Positive communication, documentation, collaboration, and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into practical, reliable, and scalable Java backend solutions.
- Willingness to work in an on-site environment.
- Internship, Java project, Spring Boot project, backend project, API project, database project, GitHub project, hackathon, freelance project, startup project, or academic software project will be considered but is not mandatory.
- Candidates without previous full-time Java backend experience can also apply.
- Strong willingness to learn new Java frameworks, backend technologies, databases, APIs, cloud platforms, and modern software-engineering practices.
