About The Role We are seeking a skilled professional with expertise in Generative AI to develop and implement AI-based applications for business use cases. This role involves close collaboration with key stakeholders to identify and define business problems, translate them into solution requirements, and drive effective outcomes.

The individual will be responsible for delivering measurable business value, communicating insights, and presenting results to stakeholders. The role requires the ability to work on complex, unstructured business challenges and leverage data-driven approaches to build impactful solutions.

Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Technology, or related fields (B.E., B.Tech, M.Tech). Candidates should possess a strong foundation in computer science, data analytics, and AI concepts, with relevant experience in deploying enterprise-grade AI solutions.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain Agentic AI workflows utilizing LangGraph and LangChain, including multi-agent coordination, tool invocation, and memory management.




- Create deterministic and auditable agent flows suitable for enterprise decision-making and analytics use cases, incorporating prompt engineering, guardrails, fallback mechanisms, and output validation to ensure reliable LLM responses.
- Architect and develop scalable Python-based backend services supporting Generative AI workloads, including building and exposing APIs that integrate LLMs with structured and unstructured enterprise data sources, ensuring high availability, performance, and fault tolerance.
- Design and implement NL-to-SQL pipelines for structured datasets across various business domains, applying schema grounding, semantic layers, query validation, and SQL safety mechanisms to enhance accuracy and trustworthiness.
- Implement end-to-end observability for GenAI systems, including agent execution tracing, prompt/response logging, latency, and cost monitoring. Define and track quality KPIs such as response accuracy, hallucination rates, and system reliability, ensuring compliance with security, privacy, and data governance standards.
- Deploy and manage GenAI backend services on Azure using services like Azure OpenAI, AKS, Functions, and App Services.



Develop CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code frameworks to facilitate scalable and repeatable AI deployments.
- Collaborate with cloud and platform teams to optimize system cost, scalability, and operational resilience.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, architectures, and pipelines. Create reports and dashboards to communicate insights, findings, and project progress effectively.
