About the Role

We are seeking a Backend Developer with 4–5 years of hands-on experience in Node.js and

Next.js to help build and maintain scalable, high-performance backend services.

The ideal candidate has strong fundamentals, good problem-solving skills, and experience working with modern backend frameworks and databases.

Key Responsibilities

 Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js and Next.js and related frameworks (Express.js / NestJS / Fastify).

 Build and optimize RESTful APIs or GraphQL APIs.

 Work with databases such as, PostgreSQL, or MySQL to design schemas and write efficient queries.

 Implement authentication, authorization, security best practices, and data validation.

 Integrate third-party services, APIs, and internal microservices.

 Collaborate with frontend developers, QA, and product teams to deliver features end-to-end.

 Troubleshoot issues, perform debugging, and optimize backend performance.

 Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development practices.

 Work with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and basic cloud deployment workflows

Essential Skills & Qualifications

 4–5 years of practical experience with Node.js and Next.js

 Robust knowledge of TypeScript (JavaScript is a plus).

 Experience with at least one Node.js and Next.js framework (Express.js, NestJS, etc.).

 Hands-on experience with SQL or NoSQL databases.

 Understanding of API design, microservices concepts, and server-side architecture.





 Experience with Git, package managers (npm/yarn), and basic DevOps workflows.

 Familiarity with unit testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, etc.).

 Good understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven patterns.

Additional Competencies

 Strong understanding of backend system design, scalability, and performance optimization.

 Hands-on experience with caching technologies such as Redis and database/query optimization.

 Exposure to message queues and event-driven systems such as RabbitMQ or Kafka.

 Working knowledge of Docker, containerization, and cloud services

(AWS/GCP/Azure).

 Understanding of application security, secure coding practices, OWASP principles, and

API security.

 Experience with logging, monitoring, error tracking, and production troubleshooting.

 Ability to write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-documented code.

 Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to code quality.

 Ability to work with Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.

 Good understanding of CI/CD, automated testing, version control, and deployment best practices.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
