Role Overview

- As a Back Office Support Executive, you will bridge the gap between our technical products and our clients by managing documentation, tenders, and customer communication.
- Key Responsibilities

Job Title: Back Office Support Executive

Location: Telephone Exchange Square, Central Avenuve road, NAGPUR.

Job Type: Full-time

- Quotation Management: Prepare accurate formal quotations for scientific and analytical instruments.
- Tender Processing:



Handle end-to-end submission of tenders on GeM (Government e-Marketplace) and other government portals.
- Client Coordination: Follow up with customers regarding technical discussions and proposal status.
- Administrative Support: Maintain records and handle general office documentation.

Requirements

- Education: Graduate in M.Sc, B.Sc, or B.E. (Electronics, Electrical, or Mechanical engineering).
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a back-office or technical support role.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
- Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to understand technical specifications.
