Job Summary

We are looking for Reservation Associates with strong English communication skills, attention to detail, accuracy, customer service orientation, and good computer proficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer communications through email, phone, and WhatsApp on behalf of the hotel.
- Provide guests with detailed information about room types, facilities, amenities, packages, and promotions.
- Handle customer leads and convert them into business for hotels.
- Resolve guest concerns or issues related to reservations professionally and promptly.
- Coordinate with the hotel's Front Office team to ensure smooth handling of guest arrivals, special requests,



and group bookings.
- Handle the Central Reservation System (CRS) and hotel payments.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reservation reports for management.

Candidate Requirements
- Female candidates only as per the company's hiring requirement.
- No prior experience required; freshers can apply.
- Candidates whose hometown is Ahmedabad are preferred/required as specified by the company.
- Candidates living near the office location are preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills – verbal and written.
- Good computer skills.
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
- Extrovert, proactive, and self-motivated with a willingness to work hard.
