Role Description The Back Office Executive role is a full-time, in office position based in Vadodara. The role involves managing documentation, maintaining accurate records, and supporting order processing from inquiry to dispatch.

The Back Office

Executive will handle data entry in ERP or other systems, coordinate with production, sales, and logistics teams, and prepare reports and basic analyses for management.



Daily tasks include responding to internal and external emails, updating customer and product information, and ensuring timely follow-up on pending orders or documentation. The role also includes assisting with inventory updates, supporting compliance with company procedures, and contributing to smooth office operations.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in data entry, documentation management, and record-keeping, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with ERP or similar business software.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Ability to organize tasks, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Basic understanding of industrial or manufacturing processes; experience in steel, engineering, or related sectors is an advantage.
- Problem-solving mindset, reliability, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Willingness to learn company systems
