Key Responsibilities ? Data Management: Maintain, update, and manage accurate records, databases, and client files with high precision. ? Documentation Handling: Process policy applications, renewals, claims, and other essential paperwork efficiently and within stipulated turnaround times (TAT). ? Coordination & Communication: Act as a smooth bridge between field sales teams, internal departments, and external clients to resolve operational queries. ? Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports regarding sales progress, operations, and back-office metrics for management review. ?️ Administrative Support: Manage office inventory, handle correspondence, file important documents securely, and assist in organizing internal meetings or events. ⚖️ Compliance & Quality: Ensure all operations strictly adhere to company guidelines,
