- Back Office Executive (EPC Projects)

Reporting To: Project Head / Marketing Head

Industry: EPC / Manufacturing

Department: Marketing / Sales

Location: Fort, Mumbai

Experience: 3 to 6 Years

Job Summary

We are looking for a Back Office Executive EPC Projects to support project execution, contract documentation, commercial activities, billing, MIS and coordination with internal teams, clients and EPC subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities

1. Contract & Documentation Management

- Review project contracts, work orders and commercial terms.
- Prepare orders, amendments and project-related correspondence.
- Maintain project documents, approvals and records.




- Maintain records of variation orders / change orders.
- Coordinate for contract closure and cancellation of Bank Guarantees (BG).

2. Project Coordination

- Coordinate with Site Execution, Finance & Accounts, Procurement and internal project teams.
- Coordinate with client representatives and EPC subcontractors.
- Follow up on project activities, approvals and pending requirements.
- Ensure proper documentation and timely closure of project-related activities.

3. Commercial & Billing Activities

- Prepare and process RA Bills and client invoices.
- Track project billing, revenue and payment status.
- Follow up with customers for payments and receivables.
- Maintain billing records and support internal and external audits.

4. Cost Monitoring & MIS Reporting

- Prepare MIS reports covering project cost, billing, Bank Guarantees, insurance and project progress.
- Track budgets, project expenses and commercial performance.
- Prepare management reports and support commercial analysis.
- Prepare monthly fund projections.

Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in Commerce, Engineering, Management or a relevant field.
- 3 to 6 years of experience in EPC Projects / Project Commercial / Contract Management / Back Office Operations.
- Good understanding of EPC project commercial activities.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.
- Knowledge of billing, contracts, GST and basic taxation in India.
- Good communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
- Strong documentation and organisational skills.
- Experience in handling RA Bills, BG, contracts, receivables and project MIS will be preferred.

CTC: 4.00 to 5.00 LPA
