Key Responsibility:

- HFT Client Onboarding and Operation:
- Overseeing and managing the customer onboarding process throughout the organization.
- Managing, assigning, and conducting onboarding meetings, product tours, company presentations, and product demos.
- Understanding customer context, overseeing goals, and providing product information to best serve those goals.
- Educating customers and working with the team to optimize their product setup for the quickest path to success.
- Coordinating with IT and Risk teams to come-up with a proposed solution that best suits the client requirements and adheres to risk management and compliance policies.
- Working with the internal teams to track and manage the client setup all the way to Go Live; involving hardware procurement, setup, software integration, internal testing, exchange certifications, etc.
- Keep a close watch on the teams involved in the day-to-day operations of the client and be the primary point of contact for any communications with the client.
- Product/Project Management:
- Gain a understanding of business and customer requirements, to identify and fill product gaps
- Translate business and customer requirements into detailed documents such as Scope Document, Business Requirements, Functional Specifications Documents, Flow Charts, etc.
- Work closely with development teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources




- Oversee the testing activity of the product by the QA team to ensure that delivered solutions meet the specified requirements and are of high quality
- Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams and provide regular project updates

Skills and Competencies:

Must Have

- Highly Experienced in the Indian Capital Markets Domain with knowledge of Equities, Equity Derivatives, Currency Derivatives & Commodities asset classes.
- Good understanding on Stock Exchanges Co-location Facility related knowledge.
- Basic – Moderate understanding on Infrastructure & Hardware
- Good understanding on Risk Management and Order Management of High Frequency Trading.
- Strong Project Management Skills
- Good Communication Skills
- Strong Documentation skills where the candidate has worked preparing BRS, Project Documentations, Defect Tracking
- Should be able to independently take care of the Projects and drive them.

Good to have

- Candidate having experience in Exchange Audit Approval process.
- Positive skillset in time management and problem-solving skills.
- Should be quick to adapt to frequent project management requirement changes, unforeseen challenges and circumstances.
- Advanced IT knowledge and capabilities and ability to learn new software tools.
