About the Role

We are looking for a result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to convert inbound student enquiries into paid admissions.

Key Responsibilities

Contact new leads promptly and convert them into admissions.

Counsel students based on their career goals and recommend suitable programs.

Handle fee, course and career-related objections.

Maintain consistent follow-ups until conversion or closure.

Manage leads through CRM/Google Sheets and maintain accurate status.

Achieve weekly and monthly admission targets.

What We are Looking For

1-3 years experience in Inside Sales / EdTech / Education / B2C Sales / Admissions preferred.

Strong communication and convincing skills.

Comfortable with high-volume calling and follow-ups.

Proven ability to close sales and achieve targets.

Hindi + English communication required.





We value sales performance more than qualifications.

Important

This is a target-driven closing role, not a customer-support/telecalling role.

You should be able to start handling leads from 2nd week, not requiring months to understand the role.

Incentives

Performance-based incentives from the first admission, with higher incentives for higher monthly conversions.

Typical earning potential: ₹22K-₹30K fixed + performance incentives.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
