- Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate, analyze, prioritize, and validate requirements for changes to business processes. Gather requirements and create user stories.
- Ensure focus on priorities and aligned to strategy and roadmaps, and that backlog and release plans are maintained
- Priorities removal of impediments and resolve them, maintain the focus on customer value and outcomes and maximize flow.
- Work different documentation such as preparing As-is document, User Manual, Knowledge article, Test Plan & test cases, User Stories.
- Involved in the entire change request lifecycle, from creation and getting approval to implementation and execution.
- Work across multiple business streams ensures productive communication through comprehensive reporting using service now, project plans, and business cases.
