We are looking for an experienced B2B Sales Manager to drive business development and institutional sales in the HORECA segment.
Location: Delhi NCR (Onsite)
Experience: 4+ Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new B2B business opportunities in the HORECA segment.
- Build and maintain relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafés, distributors, and institutional clients.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and negotiations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Travel across Delhi for client meetings and business development.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in B2B Institutional / HORECA Sales.
- Solid lead generation and field sales experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Good English and Hindi communication.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel across Delhi.
- Graduate/Postgraduate preferred.
- Candidates willing to relocate to Delhi may apply.
Work Mode: Onsite Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
