Satawat Innovators is seeking a B2B Sales Executive to support business growth through effective lead generation, client engagement, and relationship management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities through online and offline channels and converting prospects into clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new B2B business opportunities through online, offline, and field-based channels.
- Conduct market research and maintain relevant prospect and customer data.
- Connect with prospective clients to understand their business requirements and introduce relevant company offerings.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings and field visits as required.
- Manage regular follow-ups with prospects through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other relevant channels.
- Maintain and update the sales pipeline, lead status, and customer records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely responses to client requirements and smooth business closure.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute towards overall business growth.
- Prepare regular sales and activity updates for management.
Candidate Profile
- 1–2 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or a related role.
- Experience in a relevant industry will be an advantage; however, candidates with strong B2B sales experience from other industries may also be considered.
- Good verbal and written communication skills with basic to good English proficiency.
- Robust interpersonal, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Comfortable with both online sales activities and physical client visits.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and basic sales reporting.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive in approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with the team.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
