Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented B2B Sales Executive to drive business growth by acquiring new corporate clients and expanding our B2B network. The ideal candidate should have strong field sales experience, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a passion for building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new B2B leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Identify and acquire new corporate clients, offices, educational institutions, hospitals, retail businesses, and other potential business partners.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings, product presentations, and business discussions.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets as assigned by the management.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments for business expansion.




- Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure timely and seamless execution of client requirements.
- Prepare and submit daily activity reports, weekly sales pipeline reports, and monthly performance updates.
- Negotiate commercial terms with clients within the company's pricing and approval guidelines.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback, and provide regular insights to the management team.

Eligibility & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales, Corporate Sales, or Field Sales.
- Proven experience in lead generation and client acquisition.
- Must own a two-wheeler for field visits and local travel.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel for reporting and sales tracking.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Food & Beverage Industry / Hospitality Industry is preferable.
