Digital Mitro Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a B2B Sales Executive to handle international clients and generate business opportunities for our digital services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and the ability to confidently communicate with international businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct B2B outbound calls and email outreach to international prospects.
- Identify potential business clients and generate new sales opportunities.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital solutions.
- Promote services including:
- Website Development & Redesign
- SEO
- Social Media Marketing
- PPC / Paid Advertising
- Digital Marketing
- Online Branding
- Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective clients.
- Negotiate with clients and work towards closing sales.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate lead and customer information in the CRM.
- Prepare daily sales and activity reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client communication.
Requirements
- 0–3 years of experience in B2B Sales, International Sales, Telesales, Business Development, or a similar role.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Excellent English communication skills are required.
- Comfortable communicating with international clients over calls and emails.
- Solid persuasion, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Willingness to work in a US/international night shift.
Salary will depend on experience, skills, and interview performance.
