B2B Sales & Business Development Executive

Bharat Devices, a brand of Bharat ElectroAI Private Limited, is looking for a motivated and disciplined B2B Sales & Business Development Executive to join our growing team.

Location: Mumbai / Navi Mumbai

Work Mode: Full-Time | Office-Based

Salary: ₹15,000–₹18,000 per month + Performance Incentives

Experience: Fresher to 2 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct B2B calling and client follow-up
- Connect with Purchase, Procurement, Admin, IT and HR teams
- Understand customer requirements for electronics, IT peripherals and corporate solutions
- Share approved product catalogues and coordinate quotations
- Schedule customer meetings and follow up on active opportunities
- Convert enquiries into orders and repeat business
- Maintain CRM / sales pipeline updates
- Follow up for Purchase Orders and payments
- Coordinate internally for product pricing and sourcing
- Build long-term relationships with corporate and institutional customers

What We Are Looking For:

- Good communication skills
- Robust follow-up discipline
- Interest in B2B sales and business development




- Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
- Comfortable speaking with corporate customers
- Comfortable making regular sales calls
- Willing to attend customer meetings when required
- Self-motivated, organized and willing to learn
