Eat Better Co. is a growing FMCG/food company focused on creating better-for-you food products. With an expanding product portfolio, we are looking for a driven professional to support our B2B sales growth while ensuring excellent customer experience.

Role Overview The candidate will be responsible for generating B2B leads, managing customer relationships, coordinating orders, and handling customer queries and complaints. The role requires solid communication, follow-up, and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and convert B2B leads through calls, networking, market research, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Identify potential distributors, retailers, corporate clients, institutions, cafés, restaurants, and other B2B customers.
- Handle product enquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order-related communication.
- Maintain relationships with existing B2B customers and drive repeat business.




- Respond to customer queries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, production, and finance teams for smooth order fulfilment.
- Track orders, dispatches, deliveries, and customer issues.
- Collect customer feedback and share relevant insights with the internal team.
- Maintain customer, sales, enquiry, and complaint records.
- Prepare basic sales/customer support MIS and reports.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, customer support, business development, inside sales, or account management.
- FMCG/Food & Beverage experience will be preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, follow-up, and customer-handling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting.
- Ability to multitask and coordinate with multiple teams.
