Role Description The B2B SaaS Solutions Expert – Schools & Colleges is a full time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role focuses on introducing Visco's facility management platform to educational institutions and guiding them through effective adoption and integration. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting discovery conversations with school and college stakeholders (facilities heads, administrators, procurement), mapping their operational needs to platform capabilities, and designing tailored solution packages.

The role involves giving product demos, preparing proposals, coordinating pilots, and supporting implementation across facilities, admin, and maintenance teams. The B2B SaaS Solutions Expert also collaborates with product and operations teams to share feedback, improve offerings,



and build long-term partnerships with institutions.

Qualifications

- Strong experience in B2B SaaS solutioning or consultative sales for schools, colleges, or education-focused products.
- Ability to understand institutional operational needs and translate them into clear product configurations, implementation plans, and measurable outcomes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills for interacting with school administrators, facilities managers, and procurement teams.
- Comfort with technology platforms, data-driven decision making, and working closely with product and tech teams.
- Background in facilities management, campus operations, or education administration is preferred; prior work with school infrastructure or operations projects is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; postgraduate qualifications or certifications in operations, facilities management, or business are a plus.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage onsite meetings and workshops, and travel to partner schools and colleges as needed.
- Demonstrated attention to detail, reliability, and professionalism when handling institutional operations and vendor relationships.**
