B2B Marketing Specialist – IT

About the Role :

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented B2B Marketing Specialist - IT to drive lead generation, client engagement, and business growth through effective B2B marketing and outreach activities.

Key Responsibilities :

- Identify target companies, prospects, and decision-makers.
- Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Manage client communication, meetings and relationships.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for suitable solutions.
- Maintain leads, opportunities, and follow-ups through CRM.
- Plan and execute B2B marketing and lead-generation activities.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve lead and business growth Objectives.

Requirements :





- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in B2B Marketing, Lead Generation, or Business Development.
- Strong communication, client handling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience in B2B lead generation, prospecting, and relationship management.
- Positive follow-up, organizational, and CRM management skills.
- Proactive, confident, and target-oriented approach.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
