Integrated Project Design (IPD) is expanding its business development team and looking for an energetic Sales / Business Development Executive who can build relationships with Architects, PMCs, Consultants, Contractors & Developers.

- Role - Business Development Executive – AEC / BIM Services

- What You Will Do
- Visit architectural firms, PMCs, consultants, contractors and developers
- Identify opportunities for BIM Modeling, MEPF Design, Shop Drawings, Coordination & Drafting
- Generate new leads through direct meetings, networking and market visits
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with our technical team
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals
- Develop long-term relationships with decision-makers
- Follow up on leads until project conversion
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and regular CRM updates
- Represent IPD professionally in the AEC industry
- Who We Are Looking For
- Experience in B2B sales / business development
- Experience with AEC, Architecture, Construction, Engineering,



PMC or BIM industry is preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable making face-to-face client visits
- Ability to identify decision-makers and develop relationships
- Self-driven, target-oriented and persistent
- Willing to travel locally for client meetings

- 2–6 years
