Role Description

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Azure & Microsoft 365 Administrator to manage, support, and optimize enterprise cloud and hybrid environments. The role focuses on Azure infrastructure, Microsoft 365 services administration, identity and access management, incident resolution, infrastructure monitoring, and automation using PowerShell.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer and support Azure and M365 environments to ensure availability, performance, and security.
- Manage Microsoft 365 services, including user administration, service configuration, and operational support.
- Support identity and access management activities, including user lifecycle management and access governance.
- Manage Azure infrastructure services and monitor system health, performance, and operational stability.
- Handle incidents, service requests, change management activities, and problem resolution in enterprise environments.
- Perform infrastructure troubleshooting and root cause analysis to resolve operational issues.
- Automate administrative and operational tasks using PowerShell scripting.
- Support security, compliance, and governance initiatives within Azure and Microsoft 365 environments.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain and improve cloud service delivery and operational efficiency.

- Experience managing enterprise cloud and hybrid environments.

- Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)
- Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator Expert (MS-102)
