Job Details:

We are looking for an experienced Azure Infrastructure & Migration SME/Tech Lead to lead cloud transformation, datacenter migration, and infrastructure modernization initiatives. The role focuses on designing, implementing, securing, and optimizing enterprise cloud and hybrid environments, primarily on Microsoft Azure, while ensuring scalability, reliability, security, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and manage secure, scalable, and highly available Azure and hybrid cloud infrastructures.
- Implement Azure Landing Zones, governance frameworks, security controls, and compliance standards.
- Lead datacenter migration and cloud adoption projects, including assessments, dependency mapping, planning, migration, cutover, and stabilization.
- Manage enterprise storage modernization, including Azure Storage and large-scale NAS-to-Cloud migrations.
- Implement identity and security solutions using Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory,



and Zero Trust principles.
- Design hybrid networking solutions, connectivity, DNS, routing, and secure access architectures.
- Manage backup, disaster recovery, business continuity, and infrastructure resilience.
- Automate cloud infrastructure using Terraform, Bicep, ARM Templates, PowerShell, and DevOps practices.
- Implement monitoring, alerting, reporting, and operational management capabilities.
- Provide L3 support, major incident resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous service improvements.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, application, database, networking, and security teams.
- Create architecture documents, migration runbooks, standards, and operational procedures.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- 8-12 years of overall IT experience with at least 6 years in Azure cloud infrastructure and migration.
- Strong experience in cloud transformation, datacenter migration, and infrastructure modernization.
- Expertise in Azure, hybrid infrastructure, networking, governance, security, disaster recovery, and cloud operations.
- Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, virtualization, and cloud migration tools.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, ARM Templates) and automation.
- Knowledge of Azure SQL, storage solutions, backup, monitoring, and hybrid connectivity.
- Exposure to AWS and multi-cloud environments is preferred.

- Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) Mandatory
- Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305) - mandatory
- AWS Certified Solution Architect - Preferred
- HashiCorp Terraform Associate - Optional
