Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Azure DevOps Engineer to join our agile team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Azure standard services, DevOps tools, scripting, IaaC tools, and ITIL-based support. This role involves managing and optimizing our cloud infrastructure, automating processes, and ensuring the smooth operation of our services.

Key Responsibilities

1. Azure Services Management:
- Deploy, configure, and manage Azure services including Virtual Machines (VMs), Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Storage, Identity and Access Management (IAM), Azure Active Directory (AD), Azure Monitor, and Azure Insights.

- Implement and manage Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Privileged Identity Management (PIM).

- DevOps Tools

- Utilize Jenkins, Git, Bamboo, Jfrog, and other DevOps tools for continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

- Collaborate with development teams to integrate DevOps practices and tools throughout the software development lifecycle.

- Scripting and Automation

- Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python and PowerShell to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

- Automate deployment processes, system configurations,



and monitoring tasks.

- Infrastructure as Code (IaaC)

- Design and implement IaaC solutions using Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates, Biceps, or Terraform.

- Ensure infrastructure is provisioned and managed in a consistent and repeatable manner.

- Azure Support and ITIL Management:

- Provide support for Azure environments following ITIL practices for incident, problem, and change management.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 3 to 9 years of experience in Azure cloud services and DevOps practices.

- Proficiency in Azure standard services (VM, AKS, Azure Storage, IAM, AD, Azure Monitor, Azure Insights, RBAC, PIM).

- Experience with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Git, Bamboo, Jfrog.

- Strong scripting skills in Python and PowerShell.

- Hands-on experience with IaaC tools like ARM, Biceps, or Terraform.

- Familiarity with ITIL processes for incident, problem, and change management.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
