Role and Responsibilities

The Azure Developer will be responsible for designing cloud solutions using Azure services and adhering to best practices for scalability, reliability, security, and performance. Candidate should be responsible for Implementing and configuring Azure services such as Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure SQL Database, Azure Storage, Azure Cosmos DB, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Event Grid, Azure Service Bus, etc., based on project requirements. Candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying microservices-based architectures on Azure using Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) or other containerization technologies.

Candidate will be responsible for building serverless applications and functions using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and other serverless computing services for event-driven scenarios. Candidate will be responsible for setting up automated CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or other tools for building, testing, and deploying applications and services on Azure.

Candidate will be responsible for independently working on individual task assigned to him/her with defined timelines.

Ensuring products/services owned by the candidate is successfully deployed during the Deployment window.

Familiar with working on Agile framework and it's methodologies like Scrum, Kanban, XP etc.

Candidate should have worked on Support/Operations projects and must know ITIL concepts like Service Requests, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Configuration Management etc.

Candidate should have excellent communication skills & a can do attitude towards work.

Should be proactive enough to highlight any challenges or impediments to address it on priority basis during regular Standup meetings.

Technical Competency

3-5 years of experience in Azure cloud working as Azure Developer. Working experience of Azure services like Azure Devops, Azure Function, Logic Apps, Azure Sentinel, APIM, Vnet, App. Gateway etc





Development experience in C#, Angular etc. Deep understanding of various Azure services including compute (Virtual Machines, Azure Kubernetes Service), storage (Blob Storage, Azure SQL Database), networking (Virtual Network, Load Balancer), databases (Cosmos DB, Azure SQL Database), identity (Azure Active Directory), and others. Proficiency in using Azure SDKs and APIs to develop, deploy, and manage applications and services on the Azure platform.

Broad level understanding of Network, storage, IaaS & PaaS services of Azure

Internals of distributed Operating System (Unix/Linux).

Proficient with CI/CD, configuration & release management tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Github, SVN etc Ability to operate in Agile Environment.

Nice to have knowledge on Management Groups, Landing Zone framework, Cloud Adoption Framework etc.

Good to have RESTful API experience (both in Integration and development)

Experience with Docker container management

Experience in using PowerShell or other scripting languages for the development activities on Cloud Infrastructure / Platform Components.

Experience with low-level networking constructs such as routing protocols or network overlay implementations.

Self motivated and able to work in a fast paced setting.

BE in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience plus Real passion to technology.

Resource with Azure Certification in Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204) will be preferred.
