Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Data Engineer role based in Bengaluru.

The Data

Engineer will design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines to support business applications, analytics, and reporting across Hypersoft’s product and services portfolio.

Responsibilities include implementing and optimizing ETL processes, developing and managing data models,



and supporting data warehousing solutions for performance, reliability, and security. The role involves collaborating with software engineers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand data needs, ensure data quality, and enable actionable insights.

The Data

Engineer will monitor data workflows, troubleshoot issues in production environments, document technical solutions, and recommend improvements to data architecture and tooling.

Qualifications

- 4+ years of experience as Data Engineer

Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating data - experience with database design and optimization

- Strong programming skills in Python - experience with data processing libraries and frameworks.
- Expert in using Github, Github Actions
- Expertise in using Azure, Azure databricks, Pyspark, SQL, Azure Datafactory, Python.
