Company Description Manas 360 is Bharat’s pioneering AI-powered 24x7 digital mental wellness platform, designed to connect individuals experiencing mental health challenges with the right specialization in their preferred Indian languages. The platform offers a “Anytime Buddy” feature, ensuring users always have someone to listen to them, with the option to remain anonymous and free from stigma. Manas 360 provides a one-stop, compliance-enabled mental health program tailored for corporates and educational institutions.

Its AI-enabled SOAP notes and guided pre- and post-therapy insights support providers in delivering more effective, efficient, and sustainable healing experiences, all accessible through a user-friendly app from the comfort of one’s own space.

Role Description The Ayurveda AYUSH Intern will support the integration of Ayurvedic and AYUSH principles into Manas 360’s mental wellness offerings in a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in the development of wellness protocols, preparing case summaries, and supporting therapists with documentation aligned to AYUSH guidelines. The intern will help research Ayurvedic approaches to mental health, contribute to educational content and awareness materials,



and collaborate with the digital product team to ensure culturally sensitive and evidence-informed wellness modules.

The role also involves engaging with users and providers to gather feedback, maintaining accurate records in the platform, and participating in team meetings to continuously improve the quality and impact of services.

Qualifications

- Foundational knowledge of Ayurveda and AYUSH systems, with a strong interest in mental health and holistic wellness.
- Ability to conduct structured research on Ayurvedic and integrative mental health practices and summarize findings clearly.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for preparing case notes, protocols, and educational content.
- Comfort with using digital tools, apps, and basic documentation systems in a clinical or wellness context.
- Empathy, active listening skills, and a client-centered mindset to support a stigma-free, inclusive setting.
- Current enrollment in or recent completion of a BAMS, BHMS, BNYS, or related AYUSH program (or equivalent) is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an interdisciplinary team and adapt in a fast-paced, innovation-driven setting.
- Proficiency in English and at least one Indian language commonly used in Bengaluru is an advantage.
