DevOps Engineer (AWS)

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on DevOps Engineer (AWS) who can take ownership of our cloud infrastructure and help us build a reliable, secure and scalable platform.

You will work closely with the development team and have end-to-end exposure to AWS infrastructure, automation, deployments, monitoring and production troubleshooting. This is a role for someone who enjoys building, fixing and improving systems rather than only managing tickets.

What You'll Do

- Manage AWS infrastructure including EC2, VPC, ALB, Auto Scaling, RDS, S3, ECR, CloudFront, IAM, SSM and CloudWatch.
- Build and maintain infrastructure using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code practices.
- Manage Docker/Docker Compose based application environments and deployments.
- Build and maintain Jenkins CI/CD pipelines and automated release processes.




- Manage RDS MySQL, backups, restores, migrations and performance.
- Handle Linux, nginx, networking, TLS/ACM and security configurations.
- Implement secure access using IAM, Secrets Manager and SSM Parameter Store.
- Monitor production systems, analyze logs and troubleshoot issues end-to-end.
- Improve reliability, security, performance and AWS cost efficiency.
- Work directly with developers and take ownership of infrastructure improvements and production incidents.

What We're Looking For
- 5-10 years of experience in DevOps / Cloud / Infrastructure.
- 4+ years hands-on AWS experience in production environments.
- Strong experience with Terraform, Docker, Jenkins/CI/CD and Linux.
- Valuable understanding of AWS networking, IAM, security and monitoring.
- Hands-on experience with EC2, RDS, ALB, Auto Scaling, S3, ECR and CloudWatch.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving startup environment.

Good to Have
- PHP/Laravel or multi-tenant SaaS/ERP experience.
- Kubernetes / ECS / EKS.
- AWS WAF/Shield.
- Athena / Glue / Firehose.
- AWS certification.
