We're Hiring: Associate Vice President Accounting (US Real Estate Accounting)

Only CA qualified candidates apply

Own end-to-end delivery for a portfolio of 1520 US real estate clients.

Lead large teams across AP, AR, GL, CAM Reconciliations, Fund Accounting, Bank Reconciliations, and Month-End Close.

Drive profitability, operational excellence, process transformation, and automation initiatives.

Build robust client relationships and lead governance reviews.

Champion compliance, controls, audit readiness, and process standardization.

Focused mainly on month-end close and accounting projects (typical GL accounting functions)

Possibly some quarter end disclosures, but not really a reporting requirement position

Looking for process improvement and automation

Required Qualifications and Senior Manager

No CPA Designation

Looking for Chartered accountants

Director Level: Someone people from Big 4 if we dont but probably needs real estate expertise





Need to have supervising accounting team from a technical perspective.

Looking out for immediate joiners.

16+ years of progressive accounting experience.

8–10+ .

Strong expertise in US GAAP, Property Accounting, CAM Reconciliations, Fund Accounting, and Financial Operations.

Hands-on experience with Yardi, MRI, or similar Real Estate Accounting platforms.

Proven experience managing multi-client portfolios with P&L; accountability.

Strong stakeholder management, governance, and transformation leadership skills.

CA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent (Mandatory)

Lean Six Sigma, Yardi, MRI, or Process Excellence certifications are a plus
