Job Purpose

Implement tech roadmap for all IBG locations while working closely with various technology teams, business stakeholders and vendor partners.

Delivery Management

1. Manage and provide front-to-back support in terms of creation, delivery & maintenance of overall IT environment for the branch across infrastructure, networking, connectivity, IT & Cyber security, day to day issue resolutions, proactive stakeholder management.
2. Accountable for aggregate plan, delivery, processes, and controls in support of IT facilities, IT administration to meet /exceed demands of the Bank’s business, internal – external customers, regulators.
3. Ensure seamless delivery of all regulatory, digitization and business augmentation, Technology related projects and initiatives at the Branch.
4. Own Technology delivery within agreed time and budgets.
5. Effective management of all regulatory submissions and regulatory web portals like Daksh, E-Brc.
6. Provide PC based software support to the India Branch Personnel ensuring timely service to ensure smooth operations.
7. Ensure that a maintenance agreement is in place for all computer hardware and software.
8. Ensure CCTV’s, Server rooms and allied software & hardware are kept secure, updated and managed via proper contracting with Vendors as per Bank policies.
9. Ensure governance of the processes and the proposed solutions are in line with Bank and Technology policy framework.
10. In support of the Branch activities and to the end users provide secured physical facilities, its upkeep, general administration

Mumbai Audits:

1. Lead Mumbai on all Internal/External and Central Bank related ensuring there are no unsatisfactory results.
2. Remediate findings from Audit in a timely manner and ensure closure of issue assurance with Audit teams as per the agreed action plan. Branch Modernization & Shifting:

3. Lead the projects to upgrade end of life software, applications and ensure these are adhering to Info Sec policies.
4.



Lead Branch infra modernization projects undertaken either to remediate existing issues or to support business expansion.
5. Manage smooth shifting of Branch to intra city location ensuring seamless Day 1.

Budget Management:

6. Manage and oversee Tech Opex budget spend for the Branch.
7. Participate in yearly planning of Capex and opex budgets, coordinating with IBG stakeholders, Finance, and other technology stakeholders,

Vendor Management and Governance:

8. Effective vendor management, vendor identification, onboarding & performance management including initiation of bill/invoice/payable management.
9. Effectively lead teams in MGN providing quality supervisory support leading to high performance.

10. Robust communication of key projects through putting in clear structure for Working and steering committee groups as required for Mumbai branch.

Information Security:

11. Effective engagement with stakeholders on all info security issues, ensuring timely remediation of identified issues.

12. Participate and support annual information security attestations of Mumbai branch.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

- A minimum requirement of 17 years in banking technology is required.
- Must understand complex application & hardware architecture flows.
- Proficient technical skills, including program managements, business analysis, change management, IT Risk Management, operating systems and data sources knowledge, performance metrics and reporting, technical problem resolution, project management, and vendor management.
- User access & system integration experience required for application migration, & virtualization related projects.
- Functional and technical knowledge of the domain associated with the stream.
- Senior Stakeholder Management
- Lead offshore workforce, work effectively with them for run and change delivery
- Partner with the other functions cluster heads and influence delivers.
- Strong vendor management skills and the ability to negotiate agreements.
- Excellent communication and networking skills with the ability to develop relationships.
- Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting abilities.
