About the Role The AVP- Projects will oversee the successful planning, execution, and delivery of all projects. As a civil engineer in a design-build workplace, you will bridge architectural vision with practical construction expertise, ensuring operational excellence, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to timelines.

Responsibilities

- Strategic Leadership
- Drive the strategic planning and execution of multiple projects, aligning with the company s goals.
- Develop frameworks for project management, quality assurance, and process improvement.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate architectural innovation with civil engineering best practices.
- Project Management
- Lead end-to-end project delivery, including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
- Oversee the coordination between design and construction teams to maintain project alignment.
- Client Engagement
- Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Present project plans, progress updates, and solutions for any challenges to stakeholders.




- Address client feedback with an emphasis on maintaining quality and timelines.
- Team Development
- Build and mentor a high-performing project management team.
- Encourage cross-disciplinary collaboration between architecture, design, and construction teams.
- Develop training programs to enhance technical and leadership capabilities.
- Financial Oversight
- Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
- Drive value engineering initiatives to optimize resources.
- Track financial performance and ensure projects meet profitability targets.

Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Master s degree in Construction/Interior Management, Business Administration, or related fields (preferred).
- Minimum 15 years of experience in the design-build/Interior industry, with at least 5-7 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in execution of large-scale commercial fit out projects.
- Familiarity with architecture-driven design-build workflows.
