About the Role

We are looking for an experienced AVP – Client Servicing to lead key client relationships and drive end-to-end event servicing for large-scale corporate, brand, and experiential events.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in client management, event servicing, event strategy, team leadership, and business growth, with the ability to manage multiple high-value accounts and deliver exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage strategic client relationships across multiple accounts.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients and senior stakeholders.
- Understand client requirements and translate them into impactful event solutions.
- Manage end-to-end event projects from briefing and ideation to execution and closure.
- Develop event concepts, proposals, presentations, budgets, and timelines.
- Coordinate with creative, production, operations, vendors, and internal teams.
- Ensure events are delivered within agreed scope, timelines, quality standards, and budgets.
- Handle client negotiations, presentations, feedback, and escalations.
- Identify opportunities for account growth, repeat business, and cross-selling.




- Build long-term relationships with clients and understand their business objectives.
- Mentor and manage the client servicing team.
- Monitor project profitability, revenue targets, and account performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends, event formats, brand activations, and experiential marketing.

Required Skills
- Strong Client Servicing & Account Management experience.
- Excellent knowledge of Events / Experiential Marketing / Brand Activations.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Solid leadership and team-management capabilities.
- Commercial understanding with experience handling budgets and profitability.
- Excellent problem-solving and crisis-management skills.
- Strong client relationship-building abilities.

Preferred Background

Candidates from Event Management, Experiential Marketing, Advertising, Brand Activation, Corporate Events, MICE, or Integrated Marketing backgrounds will be preferred.

Pay: ₹160,000.00 - ₹210,000.00 per month
