**Trendline Aviation is looking for 3 Aviation Reliability Analysts with hands-on experience in aviation reliability analysis and maintenance data.
What We’re Looking For**
- 2+ years of relevant aviation reliability experience
Robust Excel and data analysis skills
- Experience with aviation reliability metrics and statistical trending
- Hands-on experience with PIREP/MREP analysis
- Component reliability analysis and monitoring
- Experience tracking corrective actions and reliability improvement initiatives
- Ability to independently analyze maintenance data and identify meaningful reliability trends
- Ability to translate data insights into appropriate corrective actions
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze aircraft and maintenance reliability data
- Monitor and calculate key reliability metrics
- Identify trends, recurring issues,
and abnormal reliability patterns
- Perform PIREP/MREP and component reliability analysis
- Support root-cause analysis and corrective-action tracking
- Prepare reliability reports, dashboards, and statistical trends
- Work with aviation/maintenance teams to support reliability improvement
