Glacier Airline is building a recent airline and connected travel ecosystem from Iceland.
We are looking for an experienced Aviation Finance & Business Planning Consultant to work directly with our team on the financial and commercial foundation of the airline.
This is not a general accounting role. We are looking for someone who understands the economics of operating an airline and can translate an aviation strategy into a robust, investor-ready financial model and business plan.
The Role
You will support Glacier Airline with:
- Developing a detailed 5-year integrated airline financial model
- Route-level revenue, cost and profitability modelling
- Aircraft and fleet economics
- Aircraft utilisation and block-hour economics
- CASK, RASK, yield and break-even load-factor analysis
- Startup capital and working-capital requirements
- Base, downside and growth scenarios
- Investor-ready business planning and financial materials
- Supporting preparation for future investor discussions and fundraising
Who We Are Looking For
We are particularly interested in professionals with experience in one or more of the following:
Previous experience developing an airline business plan or airline financial model is highly desirable.
