We are looking for a Service Trainer to support training and skill development of dealership service teams in the LCV segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct classroom, technical and On-the-Job Training (OJT) for dealership service teams.
- Deliver training on service processes, repair procedures and technical aspects.
- Assess trainee performance and identify skill gaps.
- Coordinate with dealerships for training schedules and requirements.
- Maintain training records, reports and MIS.
- Support improvement of service quality and technician productivity.
Eligibility
- Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: Relevant experience in automobile service, dealership operations or technical training.
- Experience in the LCV/commercial vehicle segment will be an advantage.
- Valuable communication and training skills.
- Willingness to travel to dealerships as required.
