Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage daily operations of the automobile workshop, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting customer expectations.

- Oversee a team of technicians to ensure quality repairs and maintenance services are delivered on time.

- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue through upselling and cross-selling of spare parts and accessories.

- Maintain accurate records of inventory, stock levels, and financial transactions.

Job Requirements :

- 5-20 years' experience in dealership management or workshop management in the auto industry.

- Solid knowledge of automobile service procedures, including diagnostic techniques and repair methods.

- Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage a team effectively.

- Proficiency in using computer systems for record-keeping purposes.
