We are looking for an experienced Automation Lead with 7+ years of overall experience to lead test automation initiatives, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with client, product, and onshore/offshore teams.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Tosca and TCD, along with proven Team Lead, client interaction, API/integration testing, and test automation framework experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve test automation frameworks.
- Work hands-on with Tosca and TCD for test automation.
- Provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing to team members.
- Coordinate effectively with clients, product teams, and onshore/offshore teams.
- Participate in client discussions, presentations, and technical meetings.




- Identify opportunities for process and automation improvements.
- Perform API and integration testing as part of end-to-end quality engineering.
- Apply knowledge of SAP test acceleration tools in testing initiatives.
- Contribute to system capacity planning and performance bottleneck analysis.
- Work effectively within an Agile environment.
- Proactively research, gather information, and share technical and industry best practices.

Mandatory Skills

- Automation engineer with 4+ yrs experience in TOSCA Web Automation, TOSCA API Automation, TOSCA Mobile Automation
- Hands on qTest
- Banking Domain Knowledge on internal banking in Transferring money internally and externally, card payments, loan accounts, and verifying the details in the Salesforce CRM.
- GitHub and CI/CD
- Exposure of Playwright with TypeScript
